How can we help?
Is Tunelo really no-logs?
Yes. We don’t record your browsing history, traffic, DNS queries or the IP you connect from. Our servers run in RAM only, so nothing is kept after a reboot.
How does the free trial work?
Every plan starts with 7 days free. You add a payment method, and you’re only charged when the trial ends. Cancel before that and you pay nothing.
How many devices can I use?
Up to 10 devices at the same time on one account, across iOS, Android, macOS, Windows and Linux.
Can I watch streaming services abroad?
Our streaming servers are optimized for HD and 4K video. Pick a location tagged “Streaming” in the app.
Will a VPN slow down my games?
Gaming mode routes you over the lowest-latency path. Many players see the same or lower ping than without a VPN.
What is a kill switch?
If the VPN connection drops, the kill switch blocks internet traffic until it reconnects, so your real IP is never exposed.
What is split tunneling?
It lets you choose which apps use the VPN. For example, keep your banking app on your local connection while streaming goes through Tunelo.
How do I get a refund?
Contact support within 30 days of your first payment and we’ll refund you in full — no questions asked.
Can I pay with GCash?
Yes. GCash is available at checkout in the Philippines, alongside cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.
